Huge NESS points awarded at Eastern Regionals

The Eastern Regionals results are in and with it a huge haul of NESS points.

In the Adult division Wyatt Haines led the way with 1,031 NOPS points, which resulted in 280 NESS points. Dan Warner and JJ Paulovich – already Nos. 1 and 2 in the NESS season standings – took second and third to claim 270 and 260 points, respectively.

In the Junior division, Ty Robbins scored 74 buoys to not only net a regional title but also 390 NESS points. Alexia Abelson and Tia Byrne went 2-3.

Only two stops remain to determine the NESS Finals participants – Dubes Pond on Aug. 18 and Vermont States on Aug. 24th.

The top 12 Adults and 4 Juniors will qualify for the NESS head-to-head finals Aug. 31st at Pangaea.
