Dana Hinman, Sage Pottbecker take 2018 NESS season titles

The 2018 Northeast Slalom Series concluded Saturday at Pangaea Puddle with two Old Farms Skiers atop the podium as Dana Hinman and Sage Pottbecker won the adult and kids divisions, respectively.

Dana topped Dan Warner, Bill Putnman and Scott Behner in head-to-head match-ups to take home the $800 first-place cash prize. Scott finished second ($325), Darlene McCormick third ($160) and Bill fourth ($75).

In the kids’ division Sage edged Zoe Carpenter in the semis and Collin Frucci (second) in the finals to earn the win. Tia Byrne finished third.
